I’m Rohit Borkar (CA, MBA – ISB), founder of PeopleMath. I grew up completely introverted, hiding behind my technical output as a finance and strategy consultant – until growing responsibilities demanded collaboration, selling, and high-stakes negotiation. I treated my social deficit as a broken system, reverse-engineered it through evolutionary biology and psychology, and rebuilt my career: leading APAC sales for Deloitte, driving India’s largest telecom merger, and anchoring hostile tax negotiations.
