This Refund Policy applies to all payments made towards PeopleMath’s coaching Tracks, operated by MonkEdge LLP. Please read this alongside our Terms & Conditions before enrolling.

1. Definitions

• Program Fee: The total fee payable for your 12-week Track.

• Installment: A partial payment of the Program Fee made per the schedule agreed at enrolment.

• Enrolment: The point at which you are accepted into a Track following your Evaluation Call and agree to the Program Fee and payment schedule.

2. When Payment Is Due

No payment is required to apply or to attend your Evaluation Call. The Program Fee only becomes payable once you are accepted and choose to enrol. At that point, we agree an installment schedule with you covering the Program Fee across your 12-week engagement.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Once you have enrolled in a Track, the Program Fee — including any installment already paid — is strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrolling

• Non-attendance or partial attendance of sessions

• Dissatisfaction with the pace, format, or content of the program

• Personal, professional, or scheduling circumstances

• Failure to achieve a particular outcome or result

This reflects the personalized curriculum, trainer time, and resources committed to your engagement from the moment you enrol.

4. Outstanding Installments

If an installment is not paid by its due date, we may pause your sessions until payment is received. Installments already paid remain non-refundable, and a pause in sessions does not extend your overall program timeline unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. If We Decline to Proceed

If, after your Evaluation Call, we determine that we are not the right fit for your goals and decline to proceed, any amount you may have already paid towards enrolment will be refunded in full. This is the only circumstance under which a refund applies.

6. No Transfers or Substitutions

Program Fees are not transferable to another individual, program, or future intake, and sessions cannot be substituted or exchanged, unless we agree to this in writing at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after agreeing to this Policy will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions, and we reserve the right to suspend access to your program and pursue recovery of any amounts due.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued enrolment or use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
