Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PeopleMath website and coaching programs, operated by MonkEdge LLP (“PeopleMath”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered office at [Insert Registered Office Address, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India] (LLPIN: [Insert LLPIN]). By browsing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
Applicant | Anyone who submits our Apply Now form to be considered for a coaching Track. |
Learner | An Applicant who has been accepted following the Evaluation Call and has enrolled in a Track. |
Track | Either our Foundational Track or Career Track, each a personalized 12-week, one-on-one coaching program. |
Program Fee | The total fee payable for a Track, as communicated to the Learner at enrolment. |
Installment | A partial payment of the Program Fee made according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. |
2. Our Application Process
Enrolment in a Track follows four steps: (1) submitting your application, (2) our profile review, (3) an Evaluation Call to assess fit, gaps, and priorities, and (4) if aligned, enrolment and the start of your personalized coaching journey. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to proceed with any Applicant at any stage before enrolment, without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. Payment Terms
Once you are accepted into a Track, the Program Fee becomes payable according to an installment schedule agreed with you at enrolment. You are responsible for keeping installment payments current. If an installment is not paid by its due date, we may pause your sessions until the outstanding amount is settled, without any obligation to extend your program timeline or provide additional sessions to make up for the pause.
5. Refunds
The Program Fee, including any installment already paid, is strictly non-refundable once you have enrolled in a Track, except where required by applicable law. This reflects the personalized curriculum design, trainer time, and resources committed to your engagement from the point of enrolment. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results — including career advancement, promotions, or particular behavioral changes — from participation in our programs. Any testimonials or success stories we share are illustrative of individual experiences and not a promise of similar results for you.
7. Confidentiality
Coaching sessions often involve sensitive personal and professional disclosures. We treat everything discussed in your sessions as confidential and expect the same from you regarding any materials, frameworks, or discussions shared with you during your program. Session content should not be recorded, screenshotted, or redistributed without our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, curricula, session materials, worksheets, and other content we create or share as part of our programs remain the intellectual property of MonkEdge LLP. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercially exploit our frameworks or materials without our prior written permission.
9. Conduct
We expect respectful engagement in all interactions with us. We may pause or terminate your access to sessions, without refund, if you engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive conduct toward our team.
10. Communications
By applying or enrolling, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, WhatsApp, or phone regarding your application, sessions, and — unless you opt out — occasional program updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing us.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivering sessions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, internet or platform outages, natural events, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our website and programs are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonkEdge LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, beyond the Program Fee actually paid by you.
13. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party tools (such as video-calling platforms, form-management plugins, and hosting providers) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party platforms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
