FOUNDATIONAL TRACK
You're Not Broken. You're Running on the Wrong Code.
For people who feel fundamentally “awkward” in social settings — we rebuild your social operating system from first principles, not scripts or generic advice.
12 Weeks · Weekly 1:1 Sessions · 100% One-on-One · Rebuilt From First Principles
Who This Track Is For
You Avoid Social Situations
Or you get through them and replay every word afterward, sure you got it wrong.
You've Been Called “Awkward”
Or “too quiet,” or “hard to read” — and you don't know what to actually do with that.
You Lean on Competence Instead
You over-rely on technical output at work because people feel unpredictable and interaction doesn't.
You Want a Structural Reason Why
Not “just be more confident” — an actual explanation for what's going wrong, and how to fix it.
A note on social anxiety: PeopleMath is a skills and frameworks coaching program, not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health treatment. If you’re navigating a diagnosed anxiety disorder or another mental health condition, we recommend working with a licensed professional alongside — or instead of — this program.
This Isn't a Personality Flaw. It's an Untrained System.
For years the advice has been to “just be yourself” or fake confidence until it sticks. If you have an analytical mind, that advice is useless — it has no structure, no mechanism, no explanation for why a room went the way it did.
Here’s the alternative: human interaction runs on deeply ingrained biological architecture. Status, safety, and trust are not vibes — they’re signals your nervous system is constantly sending and reading, largely outside conscious awareness. When that system is untrained, or running outdated threat-detection patterns built for a different kind of danger, the result looks like freezing, overthinking, or avoidance. Not a broken personality — an untrained one.
We treat that as solvable. Strip away the social noise, understand the mechanics underneath, and the room stops feeling random.
How We Rebuild It
Evolutionary Biology
The hardwired, primitive drivers behind how humans judge authority, perceive threat, and decide who to trust in a group.
Neurobiology & Psychology
The chemical and psychological triggers behind freezing, overthinking, attention, and social anxiety — decoded, not just described.
Systems Thinking
Vague social advice replaced with actionable frameworks, conversational loops, and repeatable models you can actually run.
What You'll Build
Reading the Room
Status, safety, and trust cues in real time — instead of guessing and getting it wrong after the fact.
Starting & Sustaining Conversations
Without needing a script, a joke ready, or a reason to be there.
Managing the Nervous System
The biology behind freezing, overthinking, and avoidance — and how to interrupt it in the moment.
Building Rapport
Being memorable and genuinely liked, not just polite and forgettable.
Navigating Groups
Beyond one-on-one conversations, into rooms, group dynamics, and being part of a conversation with more than one other person.

Pick up on status, trust, and safety signals as they happen, instead of guessing.
Start Conversations Without a Script
Sustain them too — naturally, without needing to prepare talking points.
Understand Why the Old Way Failed
And trust the new one, because you understand the mechanism behind it.
Meet Your Coach
I’m Rohit Borkar (CA, MBA – ISB), founder of PeopleMath. I grew up completely introverted — silent observation was my safe zone, and the skill of contributing to a room never developed. I hid behind my technical output as a finance and strategy consultant, until growing responsibilities demanded collaboration, selling, and high-stakes negotiation.
I treated my social deficit as a broken system, not a fixed identity. I dug into evolutionary biology, psychology, and systems thinking until human interaction stopped feeling random. The framework rebuilt my career — leading APAC sales for Deloitte, driving India’s largest telecom merger, and anchoring hostile tax negotiations.
I don’t teach this as a natural extrovert. I teach it as someone who had to decode the human operating system to survive — and win.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. PeopleMath is a skills and frameworks coaching program grounded in evolutionary biology, psychology, and systems thinking. It’s not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment. If you’re managing a diagnosed anxiety disorder or other mental health condition, we recommend working with a licensed professional alongside, or instead of, this program.
That’s exactly what the Diagnose stage and your Evaluation Call are for. You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis — we identify your specific patterns together before the coaching begins.
Both. The frameworks address the underlying mechanics of social interaction — they apply whether you avoid social situations entirely or just feel consistently “off” in them.
Generic confidence coaching tells you to act more confident. We explain the biological and psychological mechanics behind why interactions go the way they do, then build repeatable frameworks from that understanding — not affirmations.
